At Eleanor & Claire Leather, we want you to feel confident when placing an order with us. This page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled so there are no surprises.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing.

Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Returns

Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The return request has been approved by our support team

Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery are not eligible.

Important information:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not offer free returns

  • Returns are handled through our international fulfillment partners

  • Return addresses may be located outside of the United States

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns and refunds are not accepted for:

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Orders delayed due to carrier-related issues but delivered successfully

  • Change-of-mind requests submitted outside the return window


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.


Refunds

Review & Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged or defective.
Exchanges for preference-based reasons such as color or style are not offered.
